The City of Phoenix issues its own planning and building permits, and staff is available to help you Monday through Thursday from 8am - 5pm and Friday from 8am - 12pm.
Please feel free to come in or call with any planning or building questions.

City of Phoenix Planning Commission meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Mondays
