Business Licensing
Any businesses operating a business, or advertising for business services, in the City of Phoenix are required to have a business license.
Business licenses can be purchased at the Phoenix City Hall, 112 2nd St. Business licenses are valid one year from July 1st - June 30th of each year.
Business license fees are as follows:
$60.00 for 1 year - including the first 2 employees.
$6.00 per each employee over the first 2.

The late fee for all delinquent City of Phoenix Business Licenses is $30.00 and will
be imposed on August 1st for all business that fail to renew by the July 31st deadline.
